01 — The Professional
I support companies and professionals through the shift toward more mindful, sustainable and technologically advanced management: where managerial rigor meets ESG responsibility and artificial intelligence applied to real processes.
About me
With solid experience in business administration, I built my professional path at the crossroads of company management, sustainability and technological innovation. I work alongside entrepreneurs, managers and teams who want to face change with method, not improvisation.
As an ESG consultant and trainer, I believe the future of business hinges on the ability to hold together three things too often treated separately: financial soundness, responsibility toward people and the environment, and the intelligent adoption of artificial intelligence in everyday processes.
Method

Analysis of the business context, real objectives and operational challenges.
Assessment of processes, available data and current ESG impacts.
Definition of a tailor-made action plan, with clear priorities and realistic timelines.
Hands-on support, team training and ongoing verification of results.
Areas of expertise
Six areas where I bring method, experience and an integrated vision of sustainability and technology.
Strategic management, financial planning and optimization of business processes.
Environmental, social and governance sustainability strategies for the business of the future.
Integration of artificial intelligence into business processes and operational management.
Free training videos on YouTube: finding a job, ESG, AI and business strategy.
Clear ESG reports and indicators, and dedicated ESG monitoring for Dominican subsidiaries of Italian and European groups.
Redesigning operational workflows to make them more efficient, traceable and sustainable.
Experience
A method that adapts to different contexts while maintaining the same rigor.
Podcast
A podcast that goes beyond the surface of the news. Analysis and reflections on current affairs, geopolitics and future scenarios: what really happens when artificial intelligence, digitalization, CBDCs and new economic and monetary architectures reshape the world we live in.
Between business and society, between present and future: a voice for those who want to understand, not just follow.
What it's about

For forty years I've watched banks treat the business plan as a formality — one more piece of paper in the file, requested as a matter of routine and rarely read with any real attention.
The consequences of this approach are plain to see today: on one side, bank officers who struggle to interpret a business plan on their own and increasingly rely on automated analysis; on the other, entrepreneurs who never truly understood the strategic purpose of that document.
The result? In 2025, bank credit secured by mortgage for purposes other than real estate itself grew by 35% compared to the previous year (Real Estate Market Observatory, Italian Revenue Agency – Agenzia delle Entrate). More and more often, the collateral behind the debt isn't the business project: it's the bricks.
In this new podcast episode I tackle the issue head-on, sparing no one — banks, entrepreneurs, and even the professionals who, in some cases, have built unrealistic forecasts just to please the client.
An episode for anyone who runs a business and wants to truly understand how their business plan is read today — or isn't.
