What Data Is Collected

Through the forms available on the website (for example, the registration form for the course "Create Your Website with AI"), the following data is collected, voluntarily provided by the user:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Any notes or messages freely entered in the text field

Purpose of Processing

The data collected through the registration form is used for two distinct purposes:

• Registration management (mandatory): to organize participation in the course (sending the Google Meet link, communications regarding payment and the running of the lessons) and to respond to any questions submitted through the form.
• Informational communications about new courses (optional): only if the user has selected the relevant consent checkbox at the time of registration, the email address is used to send communications about new courses organized by Alessandro Moschini.

The data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal Basis

Both processing activities are based on the explicit consent provided by the user when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679). Consent for informational communications about new courses is optional, separate from that required for registration, and may be withdrawn at any time without any effect on participation in a course already requested.

Where the Data Is Stored

The website is hosted on the Netlify, Inc. platform, which acts as data processor for the technical management and storage of data submitted through the forms (Netlify Forms). For more information on the security measures adopted by Netlify, please refer to Netlify's privacy policy.

Retention Period

Data collected to manage course registration is retained for as long as necessary to organize and deliver the course itself, and is subsequently deleted from the management panel, unless the user requests otherwise or the law requires longer retention. The email address provided for optional informational communications is retained until the user withdraws their consent.

At any time, you may request:

• Access to your personal data
• Rectification or erasure of your data
• Restriction of, or objection to, processing
• Withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal
